Food is decent, but recently in the last few weeks waiting times are very inconvenient, tonight has topped this though. don’t tell customers 15 minutes and have them waiting for 30+ minutes after making a call. Young girl behind the counter clearly distressed and when I asked to speak to management which I seen a few minutes prior, she went into the back and they wouldn’t come out and speak to me. Offered me to leave a phone number but that said enough. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere
